First town run with a friend!! Made the run go by so fast, and we had some friends drive by and cheer us on!

A second five-miler in a day, which isn't crazy for what should be a long run Saturday, but it wasn't as post lunch as it should've been, and I really started to feel that around mile three. 

We pushed through the pain and the heat, enjoying each breeze more than the last, until we finally completed the loop.

This run was fun because we went from the historic district to the new center of town. I'm happy to be getting my milage back up to its normal 15-20 per week. Hoping to stay consistent with the number of runs and hopefully ease the milage up!
