
This was an amazingly tough and fun race! First three kilometers were in Shelburne and then the remaining five were in Buckland. There was a huge hill after crossing the bridge and then the last 2 miles were pretty much downhill.
A beautiful area with a titular bridge of flowers going across the Deerfield River. There are also some glacial potholes! Not sure how those were formed but I'm going to guess it was a long long time ago.
Definitely plan on doing this race again, with a goal of not walking even an inch up the hill!!
