Boxford - 8/351

A lot of towns in Eastern Massachusetts have been around a while and at some point, outgrew their initial town center and amenities. This led to a lot of "Historic" parts of town, and Boxford has just that. And so, this morning's run was a longer run (much needed and enjoyed) from the new town hall and library to Historic Boxford. Now this could've been a five mile out and back, but part of these runs is to see the town as much as possible, and so I did a loop and ran around the center of town for a bit.

I wanted to do this run yesterday, and I paid the price for waiting. It was a very wet run, sometimes it was sprinkling, but for most of the run it was a steady or near heavy rain. I didn't mind it too much, especially after last week's heatwave, but I did make a mistake and got my feet absolutely soaked about a half mile from the end of the run.

All-in-all, a good run and I'll appreciate being warm and dry for the rest of the day.
